International courses: Caribbean
Our track record in the Caribbean is extensive. Since our establishment in 2005, and working with Key Corporate and University of the Dutch Caribbean, we organize conferences, seminars, workshops and masterclasses in corporate governance and effective boards in Curaçao as well as Aruba, St Maarten and Bonaire.

A selection of recent activities:

• In January 2010, a large-scale corporate governance conference was organized in Aruba
• In March – May 2010, the masterclass (Non-Executive) Directors in Corporate Governance was held in Aruba
• In October – December 2010, the masterclass Directors in Corporate Governance was held in St Maarten
• In October 2010, September 2011, January 2012 and June 2012 the masterclass Directors in Corporate Governance was held in Curaçao
• In collaboration with The Financial Institute a Banker’s Board Course: Good ‘Bank Governance’ was held in January, 2012 at the Central Bank Offices, Willemstad, Curaçao
